EDI is part our vast array of communication options. We utilize EDI with our customers for Load Tendering (204), Shipment Status (214), Acknowledgment (990) and Freight Billing (210), to cover the entire life cycle of your order.
Our fleet is equipped with QualComm MCP200 units. These units feature the most advanced communication technology, giving us an instant two-way text to speech communication with our drivers, electronic logging to simplify hours of service for our drivers, content delivery enabling us to send PDF files to our drivers, along with safety training videos, a navigation system for driver directions, critical event reporting, Wi-Fi capability, and in cab scanning. This technology enables our back office operations to increase productivity and provide real time communication for our customers.
Through our Web portal, customers gain access to document retrieval and can view and print bills of loading. We also offer real-time load tracking so you can view the entire track record of your freight from pick up to delivery. Our drivers and carriers have complete access to settlement sheets and load boards. We have also optimized our payment gateways with ACH Settlements and Direct Deposit Processing.
As part of our technology investment, we are always looking for improvements with equipment efficiency and down-time. Our maintenance facility is equipped with the latest tools and diagnostics to improve preventative care.
