D&D achieves a 38-safety rating

We are very proud of our safety programs here at D&D and the accomplishments that we have experienced. The first thing we do as a company is to ensure that every employee that works here is indoctrinated and totally buys in on safety and the effect that it has on the company as a whole. We stress the fact that everyone has an affect on safety and the success or failure of any safety program. This starts at the time of recruiting and hiring. The safety department does a very entailed due diligent as to background, work history, characters, etc. before a person is considered for employment. We strive to only hire the best of the best.
